Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays ~ Drop off 9:30am @ GoodEarth - on Shoreline in Mill Valley in the back parking lot ~ Pick up 3:30 same place
Tuesdays & Thursdays ~ Drop off 9:30am same place / Pick up ~ 3:30pm same place
Monday & Wednesday Schedule
We will pick skate parks based on the skill level of the crew for that day.
We start our day with stretching, discussing goals and setting intentions for the day. Part of skateboarding and surfing is balance and flexibility training (these are crucial, we must know how to take care of our bodies throughout our process of building our board skills!)
We always begin our day with a check in, stretch and warm ups!
During the day at camp you can learn and improve a whole lot, we are here to support your board confidence.
Tuesday & Thursday Schedule
Stinson Beach; Calle Del Embarcadero off of Calle del Arroyo
Group discussion session; balance/flexibility training, pop-up practice, ocean safety talk, goal and intention setting.
Ocean time ~ which will include: swimming, body surfing, boogie boarding, and surfing.
Lunch at noon
Round 2 of ocean time ~ which will include: swimming, body surfing, boogie boarding, or surfing.
No need to fear, we are here to teach you how to be in the ocean! At Ladies Shred we take our time and encourage slow practice to ensure safety and bravery.
Go over to a large park, set up a creation station
We’ll be spending the day creating a piece of art for each person! We will decide as a group on Monday what we want to create, it will have the theme of surf, skate, and ladies empowerment! This is our chill day, where we will most likely go for a local hike and work on balance/flexibility training, and other calming practices.
What to bring ~
Skate days - helmet, pads, skateboard, lunch, sunscreen, hat (just incase), water-bottle
Surf Days - wetsuit, water-bottle, towel, lunch, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, layers of clothing ( weather shifts quickly), plastic bag for wet wetsuit
Create Day - lunch, hat, layers (clothing you’re willing to get messy)

For camp sessions a $100 deposit is kept, if you cancel a session two weeks before a refund of the total minus the deposit will be issued.
Last minute cancelations will be approved for rescheduling; no refunds
